About Me

Quickfire Questions.

What does your self care practice involve?

A walk in nature or by the sea is a huge mood lifter for me, followed by an afternoon nap, a good sing, shake (TRE) and practising gratitude for even the simplest of things in my life.

What makes you laugh no matter what?

The Royle Family TV Series. Comedy gold and guaranteed to have me belly laughing.

What makes you cry no matter what?

The Corries singing Will Ye Go Lassie Go on YouTube. There is something about seeing and hearing a group of people singing together in harmony after the past 18 months we have just had that gets my tears flowing.
